Sparkling Wine Dinner at TABU Pop-Up Restaurant on August 9th
If you’re looking for something truly special, mark August 9th on your calendar, because on that evening, Tõnis Siigur and TOKO restaurant will bring you a unique sparkling wine dinner at the TABU pop-up restaurant as part of the Tartu Food and Wine Festival.
Our evening begins outdoors, amidst the picturesque ruins of Toomkirik, where you can enjoy your first glass of bubbles. We will then move to the white hall of Toomkirik, where a true feast of flavors awaits. Each dish is carefully selected and perfectly paired with different champagnes and sparkling wines.

Come to the first longest dinner in Tartu, which will bring both local connoisseurs and visitors to the city together for one memorable evening by the Emajõe River. All this in order to jointly enjoy a beautiful summer evening, great food, good music and feel connected with fellow townspeople.
We also invite you to be a part of a memorable 4-course shared dinner in front of TOKO resto on the promenade at a common long table.
